What's been happening

2008 has been a year for travelling. Starting with ten days in Vancouver running a writing workshop with RealTime for the PuSH festival. June was spent in Europe, mainly Berlin, just checking out things and presenting a gig with Sam James (video) at the Electronic Church. In Aug-Sept I had the wonderful opportunity to be in residence at Tokyo Wonder Site creating works for Diorama of a City: Between Site & Space. The main work created is called 28 Songs for a City: Tokyo.

In the midst of this, I've worked as the sound collaborator with Martin del Amo on 2 stages of the creative development It's A Jungle Out There, for production in mid-2009. I also worked on the next stage creative development of Karen Therese's Riot Act due for production at Campbelltown Art Centre mid-2009, and the final stage of Nalina Wait's Dual, a 20 minute dance work, was presented at Performance Space as part of the Live Works festival.
